And nowadays, the system of work that manager or leader used is ROMUSHA. The workers firstly join the company were still fat and health, after a few years during they worked in the company their body became thin and seemed just a skeleton.
Different with the Civil Servants, when we compare between private employees and civil servants, the law seems is not right, the civil servants just work with a half of day and they working with their chair, pen and their signature, sometimes they just working with their joking, but their life is so luxurious just have joking capital and signature.
But, when we see the private employees, they have worked for a long day even they don’t have time for rest even lunch, they still can not life like civil servant.
Hope to the leaders wherever you are, Please do not use Romusha system, if you don’t want your children become victim of it.
